Dr. Ionin established a policy offering a "Free-Consultation" for her patients. She recognized the need to discuss a patients problems before they start treatment. During this consultation, she listens carefully to the patient, treating them with dignity and respect. She knows that a patient's self-esteem is essential to good health. She assists patients to understand their health issues, treatment and prognosis. She encourage patients to participate as partners in their treatment process. Following the consultation, she explains her recommended treatment plan, and the cost of the treatment.
